  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Within Telangana: 2–5 business days
  • Rest of India: 4–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping may be available on selected orders or promotional offers.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • Tracking details will be shared through SMS, email, or WhatsApp
  • Customers can track shipment progress through the courier partner’s website

5. Delivery Issues

Customers must ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate.

TRIVAA is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers
  • Delays caused by courier partners
  • Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability

If an order is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.


6. Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive:

  • A damaged package
  • Missing item
  • Wrong product

You must record a clear unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Important:

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.


7. International Shipping

Currently, TRIVAA ships only within India unless otherwise announced officially.
