Refund policy

At TRIVAA, we are committed to delivering premium quality products and customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Incorrect size sent by TRIVAA
  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Missing items in the package

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To claim any issue related to:

  • Damaged product
  • Missing item
  • Wrong product received
  • Packaging damage

Customers must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video starting before opening the package.

Important:

  • Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances
  • Edited, paused, or unclear videos will be considered invalid
  • Images alone are not accepted as proof

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
  • Used, washed, or altered items
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Size issues due to incorrect customer selection
  • Minor color variations caused by lighting or screen differences
  • Claims made without unboxing video proof

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • Customers may request size exchange once per order
  • Reverse shipping charges may apply depending on location

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product passes quality inspection:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from TRIVAA

TRIVAA reserves the right to reject refund requests if the returned product does not meet policy conditions.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
