At TRIVAA, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept:

✅ Size Exchanges

✅ Damaged Product Replacements

❌ Refunds for size issues after successful delivery

❌ Returns for change of mind, dislike of product, or incorrect size selected by the customer


Size Exchange Policy

Customers may request a size exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Original packaging must be available
  • Product must be in resalable condition

TRIVAA reserves the right to reject exchange requests if the product shows signs of use, damage, washing, stains, perfume, or missing tags.

Customers may be responsible for applicable exchange shipping charges.


Damaged Product Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your Order ID
  • Provide a clear unboxing video

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

A continuous unboxing video is compulsory for all damage, missing item, or wrong product claims.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the package
  • Clearly show the shipping label
  • Clearly show the package being opened
  • Clearly show the product received

Important Notice

Claims will be automatically rejected if:

  • No unboxing video is provided
  • The video is edited, paused, cut, or unclear
  • The shipping label is not visible
  • The claim is submitted after 48 hours of delivery

Photos alone will not be accepted as proof.


Product Condition Requirements

For any exchange request:

  • Original brand tags must be attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Product must be unworn and unwashed
  • Product must not have stains, odors, or alterations

Products received without tags or original packaging are not eligible for exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or washed products
  • Products without original tags
  • Products without original packaging
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Claims submitted without unboxing video proof

Refund Policy

TRIVAA generally does not offer refunds.

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • A replacement product cannot be provided
  • The order is cancelled before dispatch
  • Required by applicable law

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
